We do not publish a price list, because a number with no idea of your volume or access is not a real quote. Tell us about your move and we will come back with a fixed price in writing, usually the same day.
Why there is no price list on this page
Two house moves that both say "three bedrooms" can take wildly different amounts of time. One has a loft full of boxes and a flight of stairs a sofa will not clear; the other is nearly empty with a lift at both ends. A flat published rate would either overcharge one of those customers or undercharge the other, and we would rather give you a number you can trust than a number that looks good on a website.
So instead of a price list, every job gets a proper survey — in person or by video walkthrough, whichever suits you — and a fixed price confirmed in writing before anything is booked. That figure does not change on the day.

Access
Floors, lifts, stair turns and how close we can park. This is the biggest single variable.
Packing
Full pack, part pack or none. The kitchen alone is roughly a third of the packing time.
Timing
Fridays, month-ends and the first fortnight of July are the busiest slots of the year.

Questions about pricing
Why don't you publish prices online?
Because a number on a website with no idea of your volume, access or floors is a guess, not a quote, and guesses are how people end up with a bill that moved on the day. We survey first, then confirm a fixed price in writing, so the figure you get is one you can actually rely on.
Why do you quote fixed prices instead of hourly?
Because hourly pricing puts the risk on you. If the crew is slow, if the traffic is bad, if the loft is fuller than expected, you pay for it. We take that risk instead by surveying properly first.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Send us the addresses and a rough idea of the property and most quotes go back the same working day. For anything more than a one or two-bed move we will usually suggest a short video walkthrough first, so the number we give you does not move later.
Is there anything not included in a quote?
Parking bay suspensions and permits are charged at cost where a council requires them, and storage insurance is quoted separately. Everything else on your docket is included.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, a deposit secures the date, with the balance due on completion of the move. The deposit is refundable if you cancel with reasonable notice.
Do you charge more for weekends?
Saturdays are priced the same as weekdays. Sundays and bank holidays carry a supplement, which will be shown on your quote rather than added afterwards.
