A move plan before a van is booked
Commercial moves fail on sequencing, not on lifting. We produce a written plan covering crate delivery dates, the labelling scheme, who supervises at each end, the order rooms are cleared in, and what has to be live again by Monday morning. You sign it off before we book vehicles.
Working around your building
Most Coventry office space comes with rules: loading bay windows at Friargate, goods lift bookings in city-centre blocks, out-of-hours security sign-in on the business parks at Westwood and Ansty. We deal with building management directly so your team is not chasing permits.
Insurance and paperwork
We carry public liability and goods in transit cover, and can provide certificates, method statements and risk assessments to your landlord or facilities manager on request. If your lease requires specific cover levels, tell us at quote stage.
Common questions
Can you move us over a weekend?
Yes, and for most offices that is what we recommend. A Friday evening start with a Sunday finish means your team walks into a working office on Monday.
Do you provide crates?
Yes. Crate hire is charged per crate per week and includes delivery, collection and the labelling system.
Can you dispose of old furniture?
Yes. We are a licensed waste carrier and can clear redundant desks, chairs and IT with a waste transfer note for your records.
